Sigg Jones!

Today we watched an animated video called "Sigg Jones". We are supposed to describe one of the characters, so I'm going to describe Sigg Jones. Sigg Jones is the main character of the story. He is an African-American man, who I'm assuming is a wrestler. His muscles are quite large and seems to be wearing just a pair of blue shorts. For a majority of the movie, he had no pupils, which I found creepy. He seems to be extremely tall, compared to his small, Asian friend. I have attatched the video below for you to see.

Second Wind

This is the first time we've watched a video in a long time. Today's video was called "Second Wind". It was super weird. I didn't like it at all. It was so WEIRD. There was an abnormally large cat with a small man. Either that, or it was a regular sized man with an extremely large cat. Then, there was an odd fan thing that reminded me of Eve from "Wall-E". Then it got all distorted for a second, the man died and was moving in weird ways. Then, he was stuck onto a fan.. The movie had a happy ending though! The man was able to live if his giant cat blew on his fan! I liked the graphics though, the guy who made it did a really good job. I didn't like the Celtic music. Like the storyline, it was weird. The video is below for your viewing pleasure!

Galatic Mail!

FedEx vs. UPS. Pretty intense stuff, I know. This was a pretty interesting video. It had no sound, just background music. The graphics were amazing. Though, it did make me kind of dizzy, with all the spinning, twirling, and explosions. But, I have to admit, it was pretty epic. I love how I was able to understand the whole story line, with out words. The video itself was pretty, interesting as well. The video is below for you to view. Enjoy!

Let go..

Today, we watched a music video called "Let Go" by The Japanese Popstars featuring Green Velvet. It was pretty disturbing, to be honest. It reminded me of my traumitizing experience in Knott's Berry Farm. There were hands, floating heads, and exploding bunnies. It just wasn't right. I really didn't enjoy this video, and I'm pretty sure it emotionally scarred me for life. Don't get me wrong, it was cool and everything, but it was weird. Like, really weird. The video is below for you to view, but I wouldn't advise it..

Banksy!

We were showed a Banksy painting today. The painting depicted a man in dark clothing how colorful flowers. There wasn't much detail in the clothing or the man itself, but tons in the flowers. You can see the shading, the petals, and the centers. The man is in a position that makes him look like he's throwing something. Something that could be a bomb or a grenade. But in his hands are beautiful flowers. I think this painting is saying that we throw around dangerous things like flowers. The picture is below. Interpret it as you wish.

Sorry I'm Late!

Today we were showed a stop-motion animation called "Sorry I'm Late". It was actually pretty cool. It must have taken forever to make. My favorite part was in the beginning when he was riding a bike and flew into a tree. It was not my favorite part because he fell, it was because there was a swing on the tree, and the branches were rustling. It looked like the part that took the most work, but it turned out really well. I can only imagine how long it took to take every single one of those pictures and putting then into a video.Ar the end of the video, they showed the credits, and I can tell you now that there were many people used in the making of this video. Creating a stop-motion looks fun. It would probably take forever to make and there are many things that would make you start over. I would definitely like to attempt one sometime. The video is below, I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!

Sing, Sang, Sung..

Today in English class, we watched the music video for "Sing, Sang, Sung" by Air. I thought it was really  cool at first. It was colorful, bright, and just interesting in general. There was a lot of moving factors all throughout the video, but after a minute it made a a little dizzy. I didn't like how the ball would change sizes while rolling. Otherwise, it was a fun video.
